Daily Dose Range: 100–400 mg

Frequency: 1–2 times daily (morning for focus, evening for relaxation/sleep)

With Food? Optional — can be taken with or without food

Enhancing Combinations:Caffeine (improves focus and alert calmness), Magnesium Glycinate (for relaxation), Ashwagandha (for anti-stress effects)

Gender Specific:No — suitable for all genders

Contraindications / Cautions: Generally safe; caution if combined with sedatives or medications for high blood pressure

Notes: Naturally found in green tea; often used to balance out the stimulating effects of caffeine; useful for those sensitive to stress or tension
