With Food? Yes — taking with food improves absorption and minimizes potential gastrointestinal upset

Enhancing Combinations:Vitamin B6 (helps magnesium uptake), L-Theanine (for calming effect), Calcium (for bone health)

Gender Specific:No — suitable for all genders

Contraindications / Cautions: High doses may cause diarrhea; individuals with impaired kidney function should use under medical supervision
