Primary Use / Function: Promotes bowel regularity, relieves constipation, supports cholesterol and blood sugar control

Daily Dose Range: 5–10 grams (can be split across doses)
Frequency: 1–2 times daily
With Food? Yes — take with a full glass of water, before or after meals
Enhancing Combinations:Probiotics (gut health), Magnesium Citrate (bowel motility), Chromium (blood sugar)
