Primary Use / Function: Adaptogen used to reduce stress, combat fatigue, improve mental performance, and support mood balance

Daily Dose Range: 200–600 mg (standardized to 1–3% rosavins and 0.8–1% salidroside)
Frequency: Once or twice daily
With Food? Yes — ideally taken with meals in the morning or early afternoon to avoid insomnia
Enhancing Combinations:B-Complex (for mood support), Ashwagandha (for adaptogenic synergy), Omega-3 (for mood and cognitive health)
Gender Specific:No — suitable for all genders
Contraindications / Cautions: May cause irritability or agitation in high doses; avoid in people with bipolar disorder unless supervised; may interact with antidepressants or stimulants
