Daily Dose Range: 1.3–2.0 mg (RDA); up to 50–100 mg/day in therapeutic cases

Frequency: Once daily (therapeutic doses may be divided)

With Food? Preferably with food to enhance absorption

Enhancing Combinations:Magnesium (for PMS and mood support)
B-Complex (for synergistic B-vitamin support)
Zinc (immune and hormonal support)

Gender Specific:Often used in women’s health, but suitable for all genders

Contraindications / Cautions: High doses (>200 mg/day) may cause nerve damage or neuropathy
Monitor for tingling or numbness in fingers/toes with prolonged use
Consult a doctor before combining with Parkinson’s medications
