Primary Use / Function: Supports immune function, bone health, calcium absorption, and mood regulation

Daily Dose Range: 600–2000 IU (can go up to 5000 IU under medical supervision)

With Food? Yes (preferably with fatty food)

Contraindications / Cautions: High doses may cause toxicity; caution in individuals with hypercalcemia or kidney disease
