Primary Use / Function: Directs calcium into bones and teeth, prevents arterial calcification, supports cardiovascular and bone health

Daily Dose Range: 90–200 mcg (common: 100–180 mcg/day of MK-7 form)
Frequency: Once daily
With Food? Yes, preferably with fat-containing meals (fat-soluble vitamin)
Enhancing Combinations:Vitamin D3 (synergistic for calcium metabolism), Calcium, Magnesium
Gender Specific:No, but especially recommended for postmenopausal women or elderly at risk of osteoporosis
Contraindications / Cautions: People on anticoagulants (e.g., warfarin) should consult a physician before use
Notes: MK-7 form (from natto) has a longer half-life than MK-4; ensure intake if supplementing high doses of Vitamin D3 or calcium
